Romeu, a typical 18th century Cerdane farm, with it's high walled
courtyard.
The farm has been restored,
by all
our family (presently more than 28.000 hours of work), using
traditional methods and materials, including original slates roofs,
granite stairs and heavy studded doors.
 The sharecropper's quarters on
the north side and the farmers' quarters on the  south
have been restored in two large and comfortable apartments.
The Gite les
Carlines for 10
people (120 m²)
The sharecropper's quarters is designed to accommodate ten people. As
in the past, we have conserved the 18th century style, with its granite
furniture, large stone fireplace, granite sink, fogon (1751's
barbecue), and his linen cupboard. The kitchen , 21st century is fully
equipped (dish washer, washing machine, micro wave . . ..)
 In
the comfortable and stillness bedrooms, we have pay attention to
integrate a quality bed linen.
The beds with soft duvets will be made before your arrival. You can
take advantage of the double bedroom with its unsuite bathroom, the
other two double bedrooms, the children's bedroom with four single
beds, the second bathroom and the two separate toilets.
You will be
able if you wish it to use free, in the lodging, unlimited connection
Internet ADSL in order to remain in contact with your friends or your
work (the computer is not provided)

 You
may use the owner’s relaxation room and the jaccusi, for five to seven
people, without charge. You’ll be in charge of your security. After a
day of skiing or trecking, take a shower, then you can
relax in the spa.
Le Gîte " les
Soldanelles " for
12 people ( 130m²)  The
old farmers's quarters is designed to accommodate twelve people. As in
the other gîte "les carlines" we have conserved the 18th century style,
its large stone fire place, granite sink, fogon (1751's barbecue ) ,
dresser with food store integrated into the wall. The master of
the house 's bench has been restored. The kitchen 21st century is fully
equipped ( dish washer, washing machine, micro wave. . . .)
The
comfortable and quiet bedrooms have all been
furnished to a high standard including, the bed linen. The beds with
soft duvets will be made before your arrival.
You can take advantage of the

with one double bed and two single beds visually separated, the
children's bedroom with four single beds, the second bathroom and the

Dominique
& Nicolas, ski instructors & mountain guide, welcome you all
year in their three star gîte de France, equipped with jaccusi,
barbecue & summer dining room.
Skiing,
hiking, fishing, climbing paragliding, golf & roman hot spa all
within 5 km. Via Ferrata & canyons at 15 km. There is also a
swimming pool in the village

activities.
